Sharon Stone has played some iconic roles in her career, from Catwoman to Basic Instinct. She also starred in The Hunger Games franchise, where she portrayed President Snow. What exactly was Sharon Stone’s role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
Sharon Stone has had a long career in Hollywood. She started out as a model before transitioning into acting. In addition to starring in films such as Basic Instinct, Casino, and The Sheltering Sky, she has appeared in TV shows such as Law & Order and CSI: Miami.
Sharon Stone plays a pivotal role in the Marvel Cinematographic Universe. Her character, Selina Kyle, is the mother of Katniss Everdeen (played by Jennifer Lawrence). As the story goes, Selina was once a famous actress named Gale Hawthorne who was cast as the leading lady in the film adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ book series The Hunger Games. When the movie went over budget, director Gary Ross fired her and replaced her with Katniss. After being fired, Selina became bitter about the industry and decided to take revenge on those responsible for ruining her life.

Selina then becomes a member of the underground group known as “The Capitol’s Peacekeepers” which consists of other former actors who have been fired by their directors. Their goal is to kill off all of the main characters in the Hunger Games trilogy. They are eventually stopped when Katniss and Peeta manage to survive the games.
Selina later appears in two more movies in the MCU. In Captain America: Civil War, she helps Tony Stark create an army of super soldiers while he tries to negotiate peace between the Avengers and the government.
