The Tesla Model 3 has finally hit the streets. The electric car maker has been teasing us with its new vehicle since last year. Now that it’s out, how much does it cost? Is it worth buying?
Tesla Model 3 was officially unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018 in Las Vegas. This is the third generation of Tesla vehicles after the Roadster and Model S.
The price of Tesla Model 3 starts from $35,000 before tax incentives. If you want to get the cheapest version, you’ll have to wait until November 2019. But if you can wait a bit longer, there are some other options coming up for you including the base model with more features than the one we just mentioned.
The Tesla Model 3 is available as Standard Range Plus or Performance versions. Let’s find out what they offer!
Performance Version:
This comes with all the performance parts such as the dual motor system, P100D battery pack, and so on. It also offers better acceleration compared to the standard range plus version.
Standard Range Plus Version:
This version will be released later this year around November 2019. It will come with many safety features such as Autopilot, Summon, and so on. The battery size is smaller than the performance version but it still offers great mileage.
So which version should you buy? Well, it depends on your needs. We recommend you to go for the Performance Version because it offers better acceleration. However, if you need something safer, then the Standard Range Plus version would be a good option for you.
But if you’re looking for the best value for money, then the Standard Range version would be your best bet.
